1. About PETNOW
PETNOW is operated by PetNow Technologies Pvt. Ltd., CIN U74999PN2024PTC218440, registered at 4th Floor, Panchshil Tech Park, Yerwada, Pune 411006. PETNOW is a marketplace that connects pet parents with independent veterinarians, groomers, trainers, walkers and boarding hosts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to book services on PETNOW.
3. Bookings and pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include 18% GST unless stated otherwise. A home visit and handling charge of ₹49 applies to at-home services. Surge pricing may apply during festivals and late-night emergency dispatch.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled slot are refunded in full to your PETNOW wallet instantly, or to the original payment method within 3-5 working days. Cancellations within 2 hours attract a 25% provider compensation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
5. Provider verification
Veterinarians are verified against Veterinary Council of India registrations. Groomers, trainers and walkers complete identity checks, police verification and a fear-free handling assessment. PETNOW facilitates but does not itself provide veterinary treatment.
6. Medical disclaimer
Teleconsultations are advisory. In an emergency, contact the PETNOW Emergency Desk on 1800 202 7387 or the nearest 24x7 animal hospital immediately. Prescriptions are issued solely by the treating veterinarian.
7. Wallet and rewards
PETNOW wallet credit is a prepaid instrument usable only within the app and is non-transferable. Cashback and referral credits may carry minimum-order conditions. Reward points hold no cash value outside listed redemptions.
8. Liability
Boarding stays include accidental-injury cover up to ₹25,000. PETNOW's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the value of the booking in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
