What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, service addresses, pet profiles, health records you upload, booking history, payment metadata (never card numbers or UPI PINs) and device location while a booking is live.

Why we collect it

To match you with verified providers, dispatch home visits to the right address, maintain your pet's medical timeline, process payments and issue GST invoices, and to prevent fraud on the platform.

Who we share it with

Only the provider assigned to your booking sees your first name, pet details, address and phone number, and only until the booking is completed. Payment partners receive tokenised transaction data. We never sell personal data to advertisers.

Health records

Vaccination timelines, prescriptions and lab reports are encrypted at rest. They are shared with a provider only when you explicitly tap 'Share records' for a specific booking.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax and legal compliance.

Data retention

Booking and invoice records are retained for 8 years as required under Indian tax law. Location traces are deleted 30 days after a booking ends. Chat transcripts are retained for 12 months for dispute resolution.

Security

All traffic uses TLS 1.3. Card details are tokenised per RBI guidelines. Access to production data is limited to authorised staff with audited logins and mandatory two-factor authentication.
